Agreement

These Terms govern your use of the Promptron application. By installing or using the App, you accept these Terms. Nothing here excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law or other mandatory law.

What Promptron Is

Promptron helps you shape an intent into a structured request aligned to a target AI product line's capabilities, and surfaces evaluation signals. We make no claim that the App produces "better prompts." We offer convenience, capability fit, local organization, packaged encyclopedia retrieval, and evaluation workflow.

Bring Your Own Key

To generate with Anthropic models, you supply your own Anthropic API key. Requests are sent directly from your device to Anthropic using your key. Promptron does not proxy, intercept, resell, or store those requests or their content. You are responsible for your key, its usage, rate limits, and Anthropic charges.

Accounts

The App offers a local email account, Sign in with Apple when configured, Google OAuth when configured, and a limited Guest mode. Local accounts are stored on your device; local passwords are not stored in plaintext.

Subscriptions and Billing

Promptron offers Free and Pro tiers. Pro unlocks app features such as all product-line forms, full encyclopedia retrieval, multi-project workspaces, live evaluation, and export. The subscription unlocks app features only; model usage is paid directly to Anthropic through your own key. App Store billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are administered by Apple.

Acceptable Use

You must not use the App to break any law, infringe third-party rights, generate unlawful or harmful content, circumvent limits or feature gates, or misuse the App to build a competing product by unlawful means. You are responsible for prompts and outputs you use.

AI Output and Evaluation

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable and is not professional advice. Evaluation scores are internal heuristics and model-assisted signals, not guarantees of quality, correctness, legality, or fitness for purpose.

Liability and Third Parties

To the extent permitted by law, Promptron is not liable for indirect or consequential loss or loss arising from Anthropic, Apple, Google, third-party services, your API key usage, or reliance on output. The App interoperates with third-party services governed by their own terms.
